Cloud Counsel operates on a pure pay-as-you-go transactional model. There are no ongoing subscription fees or monthly retainers.

Cloud Counsel Access (Complimentary)

Every case begins with complimentary Cloud Counsel Access at no monetary charge. This tier provides everything you need to document your case: add timeline events, upload documents, identify witnesses, and describe your legal needs. Core platform features remain free forever, and the attorneys at J. Madison PLC can review your case file at no charge.

Case Strength Report

Get a downloadable, automated Case Strength Report in one pass for $99.00 per run. The AI system is designed by licensed attorneys of the firm; purchasing a report does not include individualized attorney review of your case (book an a la carte attorney session if you want a lawyer to go over it with you). The report is grounded in your structured case file plus documents that have completed AI Document Review — unreviewed uploads are omitted from that run. This premium feature includes:

  • AI Claim Identification — scans your case facts and reviewed documents to map potential legal claims and elements.
  • Statute of Limitations Check — evaluates filing deadlines and risk levels based on applicable limitation periods.
  • Red-Team Defense Assessment — anticipated defenses, curated consequences if established, and case-level exposure.
  • Apparent claim strength & damages context — a file-based strength assessment plus Statement-anchored loss figures.
  • Automatic PDF generation when the analysis finishes. Occasional special pricing may appear at checkout.

Wigmore Conversations

Wigmore Conversations is an interactive, AI-guided guided fact-finding tool priced at $29.00 per session. It includes:

  • 50 assistant responses per session to explore case facts and map testimony.
  • When Wigmore spots a missing timeline event, use Review & add under the message to open the event form, edit details, and save it to your case file.
  • When Wigmore spots missing employment details, use Add employment under the message to review and save the relationship.
  • Concern proposals still use + Add to Case under the message.
  • Factual and evidence gap analysis — helps you target what witness statements or documents you need next.
  • Additional message credits can be purchased for $19.00 for 20 messages once your session is exhausted.

AI Document Review

AI Document Review packs let Wigmore AI review your uploaded documents in the full context of your case file. Packs are priced at $29.00 for 10 documents or $99.00 for 50 documents, and every matter includes 5 free document reviews. Completed reviews feed Case Strength Report claim and evidence mapping; unreviewed uploads are not analyzed in that report.

  • Each review assesses relevance, privilege, key facts, timeline links, and exhibit strength.
  • Reviews read your whole case file — timeline, claims, and custodian statements — so the more you build your timeline and link documents to events, the sharper each review gets.
  • Use free reviews on key files before a first Case Strength Report when available.

How to Access Premium Features

  1. Build your complimentary case file on your dashboard.
  2. Open Plans & Pricing in the sidebar to compare Case Strength Report, Wigmore Conversations, and AI Document Review — then buy for a specific matter, or open the product inside that matter.
  3. You can also start from Wigmore AI (Case Strength Report tab), Wigmore chat, or the Documents AI Review tools.
  4. Any purchase is transactional and earned by the Firm upon receipt in consideration of reserving resources. Every matter includes free AI document reviews before pack purchases are required.
