Cloud Counsel operates on a transactional pay-as-you-go model. There are no recurring subscription fees or monthly plans, allowing you to pay only for the premium features you need when you need them.

Platform Service Offerings

  • Cloud Counsel Access (Complimentary) — Case building included: create matters, build timelines, answer guided questions, organize documents, track witnesses, and use background AI assistance subject to fair-use limits.
  • Emerging Claims Snapshot ($29) — A dated set of named potential claims this file appears to implicate. After you unlock, each claim is a card with a file-support note; open a card to read a short why that names the theory in plain language and spells out the statute (for example, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)) before the facts. Case Strength Report is offered from that dialog as a separate assessment. Keep adding timeline events, documents, and Wigmore answers until the file can support that list — you will get a one-way notice from J. Madison PLC when it can be unlocked. Not legal advice, and not the same as our detailed Case Strength Report. After purchase, Wigmore can ask about those claims.
  • Case Strength Report ($99) — A decision-ready snapshot that maps potential claims, checks statute of limitations risk, red-teams defenses, and produces a Case Strength Indicator (CSI). Each run dates a matching Emerging Claims Snapshot so the dashboard list matches the claims in that report; prior snapshots stay in history. Unlocks analysis views in your case file; run again after you add new facts to refresh those views. The report is grounded in your structured case file plus documents that have completed AI Document Review — unreviewed uploads are omitted. Occasional special pricing may appear at checkout.
  • Wigmore Conversations ($29) — Guided chat that turns talk into timeline, concerns, and employment structure. Every new matter includes 10 free starter responses; then buy a session (+50 messages) or credits (+20). Conversations do not read raw uploads.
  • AI Document Review ($29 for 10 reviews, $99 for 50) — Wigmore AI reviews each document for relevance, privilege, key facts, timeline links, and exhibit strength, in the full context of your timeline, claims, and custodian statements. Completed reviews feed Case Strength Report claim and evidence mapping. New matters currently include 5 free document reviews — use them before a first Case Strength Report when available. The firm offers free reviews at its discretion and may change or end them at any time.

How the Premium funnel fits together

  1. Conversations — build structure from what you say (free 10 starter responses on new matters).
  2. AI Document Review — ground evidence from uploads (free 5, then packs). Chat cannot substitute for reviews.
  3. Emerging Claims Snapshot ($29) — dated named-claim list from the file. Not a strength assessment.
  4. Case Strength Report ($99) — snapshot of the structured file plus completed reviews. Each run dates a matching Emerging Claims Snapshot so the dashboard list matches the report. You may run CSR on a thinner file, but unreviewed uploads are omitted.

AI Usage & Fair Use

Complimentary Cloud Counsel Access includes background case-building AI (like preliminary event titles and guided questions) subject to overall monthly fair-use token limits. User-initiated premium features (like running a Case Strength Report or starting a Wigmore Conversation) have no monthly limits and can be purchased as-needed.

How to Purchase Premium Features

You can run a Case Strength Report or start a Wigmore Conversation directly from your matter's Wigmore dashboard. Your payment method is processed securely through our processor, and payments are transactional engagement retainers earned upon receipt. These Premium purchases deliver automated analysis — not a lawyer's individualized review of your file. To discuss a report with a licensed attorney, book an a la carte attorney session.

Signing your Access Agreement

On Plans & Pricing, the Cloud Counsel Access card shows a prompt when your Access Agreement is ready to sign (or when a newer agreement needs your signature). Tap the prompt to open the contract. After you sign, the card confirms that case building is unlocked.
